My client is interested to speak to an a Lead Subsea Designers to work on the design of subsea tree's and wellhead systems.

Responsibilities:

Identify and ensure equipment is designed in accordance with the current Health, safety and environmental legislation and safe operation.

Identify improvements in existing products, procedures, processes and develop cost effective solutions to satisfy specifications

Interpretation of engineering specifications to produce layout, detail and assembly designs.

Interpret customer specifications to produce design specifications

Design conceptual design requirements and layouts for review following company design process management

Prepare detail, fabrication and assembly drawings/ models using Creo to ASME Y14.5 standards and format

Retrieve and submit data in Team Center following company protocols

Requirements:

HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Knowledgable with engineering design experience

Experience drafting standards and use of Creo 3D and Solidworks

Competant with industry standards and codes for area of work.

Understand fabrication and machining processes.

Familiar with design process methodologies.
