We are an independent Recruitment Consultancy based in Sutton, Surrey. We were established in 1997, and we work with a wide range of clients both locally and further afield.  We successfully supply both permanent and temporary staff to a range of sectors including Commercial/Office, Industrial, Driving, Construction, Domestic & Cleaning, Catering, Care & Nursing.

 

The company is based on a set of core values and a key part of our own internal recruitment and performance management processes relate to ensuring our staff apply these in their day to day work.  These values include honesty, clear communication, reliability, trust, commitment and professionalism. 

 

In our first year of trading we won an award for the “Fastest Growing Business of the Year” and we have continued this trend, growing year-on-year to be the successful company we are today.

We also maximise the use of online recruitment tools, and press advertising where appropriate, to ensure that we source the best and most appropriate candidates for each and every role.

 

Our business plan combines consolidation of existing business with targeted new business generation in both the public and private sectors.  We are large enough to be secure and small enough to be flexible, making us a great potential supplier for public and private sector organisations alike.
