| Description | Care/Support Worker (Supported Living) Woking, Chertsey & Guildford Our client is seeking an experienced Care/Support Worker for their Supported Living Services within the Surrey area. You will be providing personal and practical support to clients who have learning disabilities and some challenging behaviours. We are seeking candidates who have a good understanding of social care, who are caring and sensitive towards the needs of vulnerable people. You should also be able to communicate effectively and record information accurately. The ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, including sleep ins and to be flexible is a must. Due to location of units a driver is preferred, but this is not essential.
