Our client is recruiting for a Sous Chef with a strong restaurant background within a similar 2AA rosette standard. The ideal candidate will have strong kitchen management and will be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will be able to motivate a brigade of between 8-10 chefs through positive encouragement and will be able to engage proactively with the front of house team. As a Sous Chef, you will be working in a fast-paced busy service, demonstrating your ability to work calmly under pressure.
