Sales & Services Officer – Right to Buy

Sutton

Temporary Contract (3 Months)

£14.52 per hour

Part-Time: 3 Days per week

In this role you will facilitate the smooth running of the right to buy process.  You will manage your own work load, working with a variety of clients, colleagues and residents to deliver the service.

This includes working to the statutory regulations and assisting with the monitoring and managing of performance to ensure all standards are met.

You need to accurately compile the information needed by other parties.  Your good planning and organisational skills will ensure that you meet all the deadlines.

Requirements:

• Confident use of Word
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under own initiative and to strict deadlines
• Confident use of using an integrated housing management system
• Experience within right to buy / shared ownership/leasehold services
• Up to date knowledge of the legislation relating to right to buy
• Great attention to detail
