£21,000 per annum

This role will involve supporting 2nd in charge who is covering for manager whilst on maternity leave.  

Description:

  • Ensure daily tasks/duties are completed on time and sales orders/enquiries are processed correctly.
  • Process orders, advise on out of stocks, organise direct deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, regarding stock, prices, lead time.
  • Deal with customers queries via email and incoming calls.
  • Look after general customers on top of general tasks you will be allocated to look after. (stationary ordering, showroom, particular customers- TBC)  
  • Assist customers in showroom when needed
  • Open up office whilst Team leader is on maternity 8am-4pm (this will be cover only when second in charge is on annual leave)
  • Log cash given in by drivers and cash up by 11am. (this will be cover only when second in charge is on annual leave)
  • Look after the company’s highest profile customers whilst second in charge is on annual leave and ensure you provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist customers in showroom when needed

This vacancy will require someone with good experience within an administrator role who can learn quickly.  You will be required to look after highest profile customer so the ability to be able to do this is a must.
