Full-Time Temporary Contract (2 Months)

£18.06 per hour

Within this role you will be working on a technical Service Desk providing first line customer support, by telephone and remote assistance, for approximately 10,000 staff and external partners in their use of software, hardware, systems and IT accounts.

Must have proven experience in working in a high pressure and changing environment with conflicting customer demands, with ticket volumes of 12,000 per month and consistently meeting SLAs. Deliver first class communication and keep the customer at the centre of everything, and engage on all levels and abilities.

Applicants should have experience of:

  • Providing technical support to a large customer base of different abilities and levels
  • Evidence of working to and understanding ITIL methodology, preferable with qualifications
  • Working towards or completed an industry recognised IT qualification/certification, such as, MCSE, CompuTIA etc
  • Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to investigation and diagnosis for problem solving, whilst applying appropriate quality standards
  • Maintaining and exceeding individual and team objectives
  • Evidence of proactive team working and knowledge sharing to improve the customer experience and drive up first time resolution of tickets
