Complaints Resolutions Coordinator

Sutton

Temporary Contract (3 Months)

£14.24 per hour

Within this role you will ensure that residents receive a high quality, quick and customer-focussed resolution following a complaint about services delivered.  All complaints are to be acknowledged and responded to quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining and improving appropriate administrative and monitoring systems.  You will also communicate with and update customers effectively in the resolution of formal or informal complaints taken by email, telephone and in person from both members of the public and staff.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Proven experience of providing excellent complaints handling
  • 3-5 years’ directly relevant experience in customer services 
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and outlook
  • Passion for helping deliver resolutions
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance with procedures and processes
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Excellent relationship building at all levels of seniority
  • Good knowledge and experience of problem solving and decision making
  • Professional demeanour
  • Understanding context of social housing (Desirable)
