Administrator (With Pivot Tables)

Permanent Position

£18,000 - £21,000 per annum

** Please note that applicants MUST be confident and able to create Pivot Tables as these will be used a lot within this role.**

This role will suit an experienced Administrator with strong computer skills, particularly Excel Pivot Tables to provide administrative support and also cover reception when required.

The ideal person will be someone who has experience within an admin role, has skills of raising orders/invoices on Excel, composing letters, producing offers of employment, keeping records etc.

Duties will include:

  • Generating and matching purchase orders
  • Keeping attendance records
  • Issuing employment packs and other personnel correspondence
  • Keeping assessment records
  • Updating staff records
  • Producing reports for management
  • Maintain HR archiving system
  • Arranging catering for meetings
  • Backing up server tapes
  • Filing scanning, photocopying and faxing
  • Reception cover
  • Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant member of staff
  • Greeting visitors and issuing security passes
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Organising couriers
