Admin Assistant – Invoice Experience
£18,000 - £20,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join their friendly team. The role is full time Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm (4.30pm between 1st November and 28th February).
The role involves secretarial duties such as invoicing, customer scheduling and a confident telephone manner is essential. Some social media and marketing will also be involved.
A good typing speed is required. Must be able to prioritise work load and use own initiative.
The successful candidate will be familiar with general office duties and to be confident using MS Word, Excel and Outlook, together with good basic maths.
You will preferably be within easy commuting distance of Stonecot Hill area of Sutton, Surrey.
Immediate start required.
Holiday: 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) are also included as part of your remuneration package. Pension: scheme available.
