Information Officer

£12.76 per hour

An information officer will respond to enquiries from the general public, by providing accurate information, mediated access to services and support in a sensitive and courteous manner, to the quality standards identified for the Contact Centre.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant Customer Service experience and knowledge of customer service best practice.
• Experience in working in an environment with substantial interface with customers via electronic or face to face communication.
• Experience in thinking quickly, responding to diverse questions and teasing out issues.
• Professional, reliable, courteous and sensitive team player, with a sense of humour.
• Proactive and positive attitude to customer service.
