| Description | Assistant Team Manager (Social Care) Croydon Full-Time Temporary Contract £31.00 per hour ** DBS required for this role ** This role is based within the Adolescent Support Team 2, which is a busy team with social workers holding complex cases and adolescent workers who need to be supervised. The team need strong, supportive operational management and this is provided by having a Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager. Due to an internal promotion, the current interim is now the interim team manager and will need support with managing the team.
