| Description | Waking Night Support Workers Caterham, Sutton, Wallington, Purley As a Waking Night Support Worker you'll be supporting individuals who have a range of complex needs including learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders. Waking Night Support Workers are required to remain awake throughout the night to support individuals as required. You could be supporting someone with personal care, helping someone with their medication or just chatting and keeping them company if they are unable to sleep. We are looking for carers with a positive attitude to life and a desire to support people to live their life with as much independence, choice, dignity and control as possible. The ideal candidate will be caring, professional, and have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team.
