| Description | Residential Care Worker South Croydon Hours: Minimum of 37.5 - All shifts (early, late, nights & sleep ins) Our client provides services for people with learning difficulties and associated mental health problems. As a Support Worker you will be providing a combination of support and personal / domestic care (including cooking) whilst ensuring the privacy and dignity of each person. The successful candidate will have had some previous care experience in the UK and will hold at least an NVQ/ Diploma 2 in Health and Social Care. Experience and willingness to work with challenging behaviour will be an advantage. You must also be willing to work weekends, nights and bank holidays. We are looking for Care Support Workers who also hold a clean UK driving licence and be willing to drive the company’s vehicles.
