Food and Beverage Staff Required

Headstart Employment is constantly on the hunt for energetic, supportive and responsive front of house staff to aid the smooth running of a number of hotels and function venues across South London and Surrey. We are looking for those who are happy to work a variation of shifts and days including the early risers for the breakfast shifts.

Experience will be required due to the calibre of the hotel however training can be provided whilst working.

You will be required to carry out the following tasks;

• Serving meals to tables where you will be allocated a section to focus on each service.
• Check back on meals once dining has begun.
• Take orders from the customers and potentially but hopefully not deal with any complaints the customers may have regarding service or food.
• Work under serious pressure in a fast moving environment.
• To reliably liaise with the kitchen team when collecting food for diners.
• Replenish breakfast fruits and buffet.

You will be expected to be well presented, smiley and have an overall can-do attitude, to be able to work in a team is essential as well as taking direction.
