Driver/Store Man

Cheam

£18,000 – £20,000 PA

40 hours per week, some flexible hours starting early AM or finishing later than 6 PM.  Saturday morning on a rota basis.

Our Client, a leading electrical supplier is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join their friendly flexible organisation.

This interesting varied role entails predominantly working in the warehouse and office and includes the receiving and sending of parcels, order preparation, communication with customers and suppliers, telephone and trade counter sales.

The driving is relief coverage for the main driver as and when required and due to insurance purposes, requires an age of 25years or over.

You will be involved with many daily duties involving the supply and receiving of electrical materials and a wide range of tasks with-in a busy business.

Training will be provided in any elements of the work which you are unfamiliar with.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

• An interest in electrics, keen to learn new skills
• Good customer facing skills.
• General knowledge of electrical installation materials preferred
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Hardworking and good mannered
• Able to use initiative and capable of working alone as well as part of a team
• A good command of the English Language with good written, oral and IT skills
• UK driving licence preferred (Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance purposes)
• Preferred knowledge of electrical materials.
• Van driving experience.
