| Description | Inspections Supervisor Wimbledon £22,238 per annum 40 hours per week on a rota Week 1: 7am – 4pm Week 2: 10am – 7pm Then on alternative week rotation Working within an auction environment, you will have overall responsibility for supervising Vehicle Inspections ensuring the department is managed effectively, including ensuring the administration, inspection, coordination and movements of vehicles meets customer SLA requirements at all times. You will also supervise the Inspections Team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. The successful applicant will have experience within a supervisory/team leading role, managing small teams, and experience of working within and meeting SLA and KPI requirements. You should also have the ability to understand how to use/analyse data to drive performance. Applicants should also have some IT knowledge – Mail/Calendar applications; Office applications; Intranet/Internet skills and hold a full clean driving licence.
