| Description | Senior Valuer (Commercial/Residential) Sutton Temporary Contract – 3 Months £19.96 per hour Within this role you will provide valuation and estates consultancy services for residential, commercial and operational property and development schemes, as directed by the Investment and Development Manager or Estates and Valuation Manager. The successful applicant will be MRICS qualified in commercial property with a minimum of two years’ relevant post qualification experience and have comprehensive knowledge of legal and guidance framework, together with a good understanding of local government and the issues facing local authorities.
