Raynes Park Salary £20,000 + Incentives
Our client is a leading global leisure company offering high quality accommodation and leisure products through its offices in 15 countries. They currently require a French speaking Reservation Agent to join their busy team.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from the US based members, ensuring you fulfill their holiday requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
• Identifying the "holiday experience" required by their members and offering similar alternatives where necessary. • Promoting all company products and services to maximise sales opportunities. • Processing bookings. • Making outbound calls to the membership database. The successful applicant will have strong skills in sales and customer services. In addition to this you will have good communication skills alongside an excellent telephone manner.
A background in the travel industry is highly desirable.
