| Description | Leasehold Officer Sutton Temporary Contract £15.00 per hour Our client is seeking someone with experience of working in leasehold management to effectively deal with all information requests relating to property sales and ensure these are recorded in the Housing Management Database to facilitate prompt and accurate charging – essentially the assignment of new leases and Right To Buy applications. Further experience of Section 20 consultation, garage management, and collection or billing of income/service charges is desirable but not essential.
