| Description | Older Persons Housing Officer Sutton Temporary £13.00 per hour **Able to drive and have access to a suitable vehicle **Must have Enhanced DBS on the update service Our client is seeking an experienced Housing Officer for their Older Persons Housing Service. The purpose of this role will be to deliver a hands-on older persons housing service to tenants who are identified as needing additional help to sustain their tenancies. To promote, encourage and enable independent housing for older people by providing risk led intensive housing related services. This role is important in providing a physical presence to check on the residents in accordance with their Personal Housing Plan and inspect the building for health & safety. The role liaises with the Floating Support Officers, Neighbourhood Housing Officers, Neighbourhood Managers and Sustainment team. Extensive travel and site based (patch size approx. 150 units).
