| Description | ICT Service Delivery Officer Sutton Temporary (minimum 3 Months) £17.34 per hour This is a first line support role, responsible for triaging all calls to the ICT helpdesk and ensuring a high percentage are resolved on first point of contact and minimal numbers are escalated. This role is based in a small team so it will require someone prepared to roll their sleeves up and cover multiple ICT disciplines from systems to apps to hardware and user training.
